Welcome to Le Hors Piste!
Everything we do here is homemade, with quality, fresh and wherever possible French and local products. Our fries alone take 2.5 hours every day to produce! We clean each potato, cut, soak, blanche in water, cool, then fry to order.
Our burgers start as a piece of prime French beef, cut, minced, weighed to 180g and pressed by hand daily, only adding a pinch of salt and pepper. We even make our own burger sauce!
Our eggs are free-range, produced by the happy hens at Marin GAEC only a few kms away.
Our pizzas? We've put alot of love into those too. Flour from Naples, Fior di latte mozzarella, fresh vegetables prepared every day, and an awesome tomato sauce.
The only thing you'll find in our freezer is artisanale Glace des Alpes (ice cream). Oh and probably some vodka too!
